App hanged after the first download two weeks ago.  Finally can open the App but found that there are a lot of limitations if using IOS. A lot of uncertainty to buy a ticket for a live concert. Finally give up and uninstall the App.

Every time I open the app a message pops up saying the app is updated and to download the update. But the problem is there isn’t any update available in the App Store. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times but problem persists. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP ASAP before the Mirror concert!

It is a terrible app. I can’t open the app and keep telling me the app isn’t the most updated one.  So I go to App Store, but there isn’t any updated version. I then deleted the app, and re-install it. It still couldn’t fix the problem.  If there is a zero star, I would have given it a zero or negative rating. What a waste if people time when you can even open an App?! 👎👎👎

I can’t get pass the startup screen as the app asks to download an updated version. However, the App Store says this is the most current version, so I guess that the developer hasn’t released the updated version yet. If so, I’ve been running into this issue for a week, and this really tells you how awful the company manages its app. Garbage.
