Support is nonexistent from the company and what is on the web is so conflicting it is impossible to know what to do. This thing has connected exactly once in three days for my expensive robot and it has never once communicated with or controlled the thing. However, I’ve encountered an issue when using an external keyboard in the “Events” mode—certain keys don’t seem to work properly, which disrupts the coding process. I’ve checked my iPad settings, and this seems to be specific to the app. It would be great if future updates could address this compatibility issue, as it limits the app’s full potential for users who rely on external keyboards.
