Have sent descriptions and screen caps and no response and no updates for 3 months. The make reason I bought it was to label my cables but there are so many uses for it. My one issue is since I upgraded my Apple OS to iOS26, the app doesn’t seem to work anymore. I’ve even deleted and re-installed my app but same problem. Every time I opened my it automatically closes. After I reinstall the app it works correctly but as soon as I connect to the printer via Bluetooth, it does the Automatic closes again I didn’t know how to write you via your website so I hope this reaches you.
