I have emailed the company asking for assistance over a week ago and still no response. Everytime I try to connect the printer I receive an error message stating the printer can’t be found. Further messages begin to say the printer is not supported. Very frustrating just to print a simple label. **Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience. It also needs to auto size the label, you have to drag the edges around to get it into the label. Then when I tried to use it again, it started force closing whenever I opened the app. I uninstalled and redownloaded. The make reason I bought it was to label my cables but there are so many uses for it. My one issue is since I upgraded my Apple OS to iOS26, the app doesn’t seem to work anymore. I’ve even deleted and re-installed my app but same problem. Every time I opened my it automatically closes. After I reinstall the app it works correctly but as soon as I connect to the printer via Bluetooth, it does the Automatic closes again I didn’t know how to write you via your website so I hope this reaches you.
