### 5/5 — More than just a visualizer

*2026-09-30*

The client called and wanted a way to figure out what the renovations would cost and was having a hard time getting a contractor to give a free estimate. They use the app and decided to make an offer after they were able to get an accurate estimate, along with a visual and pulled after repaired value comparable sold homes.

### 5/5 — Killer App

This app does just what you want. Lets you walk into a room, measure it, tell it what you want to do, and out spits a price.

Pretty neat.

Oh and my wife loves the visualizer.
