The MakeTimeFlow program taught me how to utilize smart systems, prioritize and organize tasks, time block, and much more. The 1:1 sessions were exceptional. I walked away from each meeting with an actionable, realistic plan for the week ahead. By the end of the program I felt confident with the systems and habits I developed (in particular, my morning routine, which follows a certain structure and helps me start my day on the right foot). They continue to make changes/improvements to the app as well. Highly recommend the experience overall!

As an entrepreneur and investor, I’m interested in creating serious value. I recently read Cal Newport’s “Deep Work”, and was inspired to implement new strategies and restructure my working day to create time for deep work.
