Used to be able to view all notes without internet connection. Now it tries to download updates before you can search or select a category. 
Please change this as the content is excellent!

It’s the best medical app out there for any doctors. I am a junior medical doctor practising in UK (fun fact: working not too far from where Dr O’ Kane’s based). I have come across his app by chance through a Twitter comment. I’ve graduated and trained locally in the UK, the notes are so detailed with updated nice guidance, is perfect for someone who need a one stop summary for all conditions with guidelines, presentations and treatment. What a lucky day for me. Thank you so so much Dr O’ Kane for your brilliant work!
