## What is Making Media?

Making Media is the FREE networking hub for young professionals, freelancers and small businesses. We aim to connect Colleges and Universities via their students' common interests and passions. 

So, whether you are a budding graphic designer, an upcoming photographer or an actor looking for your first gig, we guarantee a SPACE to showcase your abilities and collaborate in our Networking groups. 
 
We encourage users to create portfolios by adding photos, videos and sound clips. Users who we call "Makers" can join one of the many communities in the Network. Groups cover all areas of the media industry sectors, making it easier to locate members in your field with the potential to Learn, Work and Earn.
 
We host professional workshops, interviews and post "A day with" (Our reality show that follows creative users). 

Industry Plug is tailored to offer advice, guidance and work experience.  Daily updates will include Reviews, Articles and Events.
