I’ve used the app it works fine make sure you make an account that’s when the tickets will appear on the app DO NOT BUY TICKETS ANONYMOUSLY. The app comes in handy while in Makkah, if you want to know how to get to places with the busses then you can search through Google maps.

I've used this app to get around Makkah. It's the best, cost-free public transportation option in Makkah al Mukkarama. By using the Makkah shuttle bus, you can save a lot of money.

It never authorizes payments, it’s just a pure waste of time trying to buy tickets on this app. It is a good predictor of arrival times and bus paths. I really wish they fix the payment method or stop offering it completely
