The Mako Training app is an educational tool designed to enhance your understanding of the Mako workflow beyond the operating room. Available as an additional Mako training tool, this app allows you to explore and interact with one of our ten pre-set cases and practice different balancing scenarios to strengthen your Mako Total Knee understanding.

Strengthen your knowledge of the Mako surgical workflow and build confidence in evaluating different balancing scenarios to better prepare for high-impact cases.

The application is for informational purposes only, not for diagnostic use and not for treatment planning. The preoperative images on the Mako Training app have been formatted to fit this device and may appear different than similar images viewed on the Mako Total Knee application. All treatment planning must be conducted on the Mako Total Knee application. Not for intraoperative use.

### 1/5 — I can’t get past the sign-in page

For some reason I can’t get past the sign-in page. I received the link through the email, which brought me to the App Store, I created an account using the email it was sent to, and yet it has me sign in, and then as soon as I sign in, it just circles right back to the sign-in page. Ive tried updating my software, deleting and re-installing the app, restarting my iPad, and everything else I can think of. If there is a fix for this and I can try out the app I will update my review

Overall a great start to this product for new Mako users or residents to hone their skills. For the next update it would be nice to have the ability to click and pin outside of preset anchor points.
