No support for TouchID/FaceID. Obscurrle password restrictions (max 16 characters? No symbols?). 
I have to actually sign in each time, with my password. All of this in 2018? 

This looks like an intern wrote it in some cross-platform kludge and called it a day. 

Just add my card to Apple Wallet and use the app for specials and purchases for heaven's sake. If you see people standing in corners at the store looking befuddled at their phone it's because they are trying to make heads or tails of the app.

Always says failed to retrieve cards...

App asks for date of birth, with no example of the format it requires- no matter what format I use- it’s not happy and the only two contact numbers for support go through to the credit devision- and then you are told to phone a store- which never answers or put the phone down as soon as the call is answered 
Really frustrating
