They called to confirm my order. I went into detail what I needed done. They told me they will arrive at 3. I prepared all the things and put it by the door. At 3:30 pm they canceled, and now what should I do? Even though Makwa is not accountable for the transactions that happen in the marketplace, they are still responsible for “quality “ customer service.
