First of all there is no same day delivery as stated. I used their service for the first time and gave them 5 items. On drop off day I was surprised that I received 3 items only and was told that the other two will be delivered soon (who decided that? What if I needed them for a certain important occasion?). The delivery person asked for the full amount while he only delivered 3 of 5 item. I refused to pay because that’s absurd. The only way of communication is through the app and it’s only a one way communication from their side. I started texting them with absolutely no response. Not even any apology from them. Next day I open the app and they have scheduled a delivery for my other 2 items in which one was rejected. So no communication again that I will still receive my dirty laundry since Saturday and the amount was deducted by the way. So they were originally going to make me pay more than their service. It feels like I am dealing with robots. Definitely not satisfied and deleted the app already.

They are stealing people’s clothes after scheduling a time where they take your cloths or carpet etc.. I hope apple delete this app immediately!

Didn’t receive my 4th carpet although the delivery date was yesterday and re-scheduled for today and also didn’t receive it !! 
And i left an announcement that i have a family gathering on friday and wanted to receive them before ! 
The payment amount was more than what we 
Agreed  on !! And I had to call and send WhatsApp to re-calculate it !!
