The links to legal aids, and public services, are a great idea. But on the ‘rights’ section, it’d be a lot better if sources of the relevant law or guideline are more consistently given. Also, versions in different languages like Bahasa and Mandarin would make it much more accessible to everyone. Still, really cool idea, excited to see updates. ### 3/5 — Potential to be a great reference *2020-05-07, version 1.1.1* This is a useful idea. It has potential to be a reference app in these matters. But I have few observations for you to think about. 1. The app title, e.g. Law 101, may not be appropriate. 101 usually means “introductory” hence it refers display of basic info on a topic. But one of the greatest things of this app is the quick reports issuance which is not considered solely introductory reading. The title also mentions Law but the functionalities go beyond law to cover all type of emergencies contacting and reports filling. 2. The buttons (specially the reporting ones) are a bit not suitable for people with low vision. I have troubles to read them. Perhaps many senior people may struggle too. 3. The rights included in the app cover basic segments of people only but it’s missing others, e.g. disabled people. If you are aiming to do a true helpful service to Malaysian residents you have to not forget anyone. Disabled people are already greatly challenged by their individual constraints and therefore are the ones needing the most help. I also don’t see rights of foreigners, right of minorities, etc. These are challenged as well and may struggle too to access info about their rights. 4. I think it may be useful to have some template on how to issue a report otherwise I don’t see how productive or efficient it is going to be to submit a report vi-a WhatsApp. All in all, I see potential in this app to provide a good service to all of us in Malaysia and wish it to grow.
