This App does not work at all.  Have tried four times and the same thing continues to happen. It opens, asked for birthdate then last time ejaculated and it freezes!  Have deleted the App and reinstalled three times and no change. Too bad.

It seems after loading this app entering the time and wrong date I wanted to change it. Every time I try to there’s no settings button to change the time. The male up and male down signs keep warning me of 15 minute intervals are dangerous. I just want to edit the time and see where my energy is at today. 
Pros: only measures 1 day
Cons: 
-Settings Are permanent can’t be changed once set
-info back button sends me to a referral to amazon just trying to hit the back button every 4/5 times. 
-Can’t change time when it happened. 

The reason why I rated it so low.  Is because you can’t edit anything without being delegated to an amazon book on the back button so can’t return to the gui unless it goes through that. it’s better to track your data manually than having an app that you can’t edit or change. Why people gave this a high rating is beyond me. 

What needs to be changed. 
-Booby trapped back button (easier ways of making money without it)
-Have a timer or interactive display to edit day and settings
-Male up and down energy is better with a counter or percentages rather than a simple button. 
-Track heart with high/low sexual energy. 
-Settings button

Seems like a pretty useful and simple app to use. Too simple that it could potentially be improve by adding more detail of which types of sexual activity it is and showing the highest heart rate reached on each one for a little more detail tracking related to health. The watch format seemed a bit confusing to use at first. Could show a bit more detail on the watch as well.

I like tracking my energy while on retention. It’s a good way to gauge the days but after having sex/ PMO it should take 7 days instead of 4. In theory it takes 64 days but gauging by weeks is good for me

Excellent app! Although it probably takes more than four days after ejaculation to fully restore sexual energy. According to studies and experts in this sphere it is more likely around two weeks.
