My iPhone has recently updated to iOS 14 and now Malinko doesn’t work anymore

We use this for the staff work schedules, however it still needs improvement. There is no option for the staff to send messages without receiving one first and then reply. 
They can’t change their password from the app
Keysafe number doesn’t show on the clients info. 
The list could go on but I guess for now it’s ok.
