But when I tap to create login, it says there is no form. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2025-03-30, version 2.9.506* I never typically write a review, but I was disappointed on the use of the rewards system with this app. I thought earning points was not something that you had to spend the points you would earn, but I was mistaken. I was hoping to use the free mini golf with the points I had earned and I did not know that the points I earned went to the Nickelodeon sweepstakes drawing for spring break. If I had know that I would have not done that. This reward system is not explained clearly and should have been. I also think you initially are spending more money to get the rewards (such as mini golf at Moose Mountain) even if you are a premium member. The only “good deal” I had was getting the Nickelodeon Universe wristband for $35. I’m hoping you guys can fix the reward system in this way. I am pretty disappointed this is what it ended up being. ### 1/5 — 90% of the time - recipt uploads decline *2025-03-29, version 2.9.506* 90% of the time when you try and upload a receipt it declines saying “wrong location” or “duplicate” - how is one even supposed to get points if none of the reciepts from stores work?? ### 1/5 — Sign up just so have a useful map *2025-03-28, version 2.9.506* Terrible experience. Downloaded fine but the app won’t open no matter what I do. If I provide my location then this app should be able to direct me to the store I want to- exactly like the kiosks in the mall. Right now this app is terrible because it doesn’t provide directions. Against my better judgment I did create an account, and it took two tries due to a Stone Age password policy (mix of special characters, upper and lower case letters, and numbers) that they don’t share until you fail. Once in the app, searching by type of store doesn’t seem to work, you have to know the name, which limits its usefulness. ### 1/5 — The worst app ever! *2024-09-16, version 4.2.2* If you're trying to find a store and you put your request in the app, it doesn't follow your movements real time. This results in inefficient wasted time walking. Literally the app is SO bad it plays into my decision if I want to make the 3.5 hour drive to MOM. Literally how can an organization this big have such a horrible app? I don’t want ads, logins, a profile. I want a map on my handheld digital device. ### 1/5 — Broken *2026-03-14, version 4.2.326* Map was unavailable, less than useless. ### 1/5 — I HAVE NEVER DELETED AN APP SO FAST… Completely Worthless *2026-01-25, version 4.2.326* Don’t download this app instead just find one of the kiosk in the mall where you can use the touchscreen to figure out where you’re trying to go. This app is completely worthless. Maybe the best functioning feature on this app is that it gives you a PDF of each of the floors, but all of the stores are coded by a random location number and give you no information about which stores are anywhere. It can’t help you navigate to any of the places where you want to go, and you can’t even search for things by category, like food or restaurants… So unless you know the exact name of the store you’re looking for and you can navigate to the PDF to find out where those stores coded location is than this app does nothing for you. ### 1/5 — Not worth the time *2026-01-10, version 4.2.326* It doesn’t do me much good to know where a store is if the app can’t identify where I am in relation to it. Did I lose my points ? ### 1/5 — Completely broken *2025-12-14* This app has never been top tier but it used to work :). It has been broken for over a month, unusable! **Developer response:** With a recent update to both the app and to ios, some users have found it helpful to log out of the app, delete it from their phone, then reinstall. This has helped fix any issues they might have experienced. Give it a try, and let us know if it helps. Crazy how this hasn’t been fixed yet! Time for an update ### 1/5 — 2002 called-They want their technology back! *2025-07-20, version 4.2.13* I am absolutely shocked that a business as large as Mall of America has an app that is this disappointing! Mall of America needs to take a queue from any large airport across the United States. You should be able to pull up this app. It should be able to recognize your location and you should be able to put in what store you want to go to and it should direct step by step how to get there. If this is the best they can do they shouldn't even bother. This is an absolute frustrating waste of time. Plus I got a few coupons that save us a few bucks while we were there. The map wasn’t perfect, and I had to try a couple receipts twice but they ended up working.
