Malvest City uses your phones's internet connection (4G/3G or Wi-Fi, as available) to connect you to your friends, family & your Condo's community,  LIVE!

This is an innovative, all-in-one app to enhance togetherness, raise personal safety awareness to your loves ones. Besides for personal use, we have added the Residential Community feature in-app which creates absolute convenience to the property owner when you possess a property which the Developer has linked up with our App.

       Announcement/ JMC Minutes of Meetings / Financial 
       Reports etc - Do not need a noticeboard at the corridor 
       anymore.
  > Pay Bills & Payments for Maintenance, Water Bills, Quit 
      Rent, access cards etc through our payment gateway. 
      No more forgetting when to pay them and be charged 
      interest as the reminding job will be done by Malvest City.
      We also have a function where you can keep your paid 
      bills (Astro/ Electricity/ Internet) in our apps for 1 year 
      everytime, so you can no longer needed to file the
       hardcopy in your house and it is easily accessible.
  > Intercom features in condos enhances great 
     communication between you and neighbours, guards,
      management office and visitors. You can call your 
     neighbour for badminton with just 'intercom-ing'!
 > Facility booking is made through Malvest City now. Cut
     the thoughts of going to fill up forms and make booking
     fees at Management Office. Do it with Malvest City.
 > General feedbacks is Owner's favourite. Now, you 
     would have a proper channel to provide general 
     feedbacks to improve the condo's facilities, security and
     management.
  > Visitors no longer need to buzz you when they arrive. 
      Guard will now have Malvest City too and already known 
       to them that you are visiting.  Car parks will be 
      pre-assigned to you too. 
  > Panic Alert will alert the Guardhouse too if you trigger it
     within the vicinity of your Condo area.
