I ordered a bag for holiday and when it arrived it was far too bulky . I had checked that I could return the item as long as I paid the courier . What I didn’t realise that DHL charge £80 I tried to go down the cheeper route with Evri . They required me or mam to pay the import duty , which they would only send the invoice for to Mam . Mam totally ignored all my emails asking them to either pay the import duty or send it us to pay. Evri are now sending the bag back to me , please don’t order unless you are 100% sure you will keep it
