You can complete the initial setup and body assessment before subscribing. A paid auto-renewable subscription is required to access MamaBloom’s ongoing content and features, including personalized movement plans, the exercise library, progress tracking, and 3D body history. Subscription options and terms are shown in the app before purchase.

Begin with a private body scan that creates a personalized 3D model and highlights four wellness areas: pelvic balance, core stability, posture, and skin. Use these insights alongside daily check-ins to follow movement suggestions suited to your current stage.

Explore approachable exercises focused on mobility, strength, posture, core awareness, and pelvic floor awareness. Adjust your daily exercise list based on what feels right for your body.
