## What is Mamba Basketball Academy?

Mamba Basketball Academy helps parents, coaches, and academy administrators coordinate day-to-day basketball training operations.

Parents can manage student profiles, view schedules, book sessions, select training plans, report absences, upload manual payment receipts, review payment history, follow student progress, and communicate with coaches or academy staff.

Coaches can view schedules and rosters, mark attendance, review student context, manage in-app preferences, and communicate with families and groups.

Administrators can manage users, students, sessions, rosters, membership plans, payment receipt review, finance records, announcements, chat oversight, and training highlight media.

Payments for tuition, memberships, group training packages, and private training are for in-person basketball academy services. Payments are completed outside the app by manual bank transfer or academy-approved payment methods. The app supports receipt upload and admin review so academy staff can verify payment status.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.9.3 — 2026-08-04

Admins can now view parent phone numbers and available account emails from User Profile. Admin Finance has been streamlined around payments and active memberships, with improved layouts on smaller iPhone screens. This release also improves Special Match invitations and registration, payment-status visibility, and free-trial eligibility. Additional interface and reliability improvements are included throughout the app.

### 1.9.2 — 2026-07-10

Admins can now tag invitation-only events as Special Match and send paid invitations to selected parents. Special Match sessions stay out of the standard Book a Session list, which no longer displays remaining-spot counts. Parents can choose a player, use the academy’s existing bank-transfer flow, upload a receipt, and see clear payment-waiting and registration-completed indicators in Notices. Approved event payments automatically add the selected player to the match roster. Free-trial selection is now available only before a student’s first membership and is hidden after any prior trial or paid plan.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-06-30

- Improved password reset so recovery links open the mobile reset flow.
- Added direct in-app password changes for signed-in users.
- Improved email signup with required phone number and better profile setup.
- Added first-time Google and Apple profile completion for missing contact details.
- Fixed authentication routing and profile handling edge cases.

### 1.0.0 — 2026-06-10
