When the app is opened it says a new update is available and to update regardless if the fact i updated it. I cannot cancel it as it just freezes at the mamen logo when cancelled. There is no change and it says to update again when the latest update is alrea installed ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Fix the app *2025-11-11, version 2.0* The last issued update for this app on appstore was two years ago and a quarter of dhiraagu customers use this app. The iOS version of this app is so laggy and unstable it ridiculous it feels like running an app on a frame per second having to wait 5 minute just for the instruction to initiate, please take into consideration to fix the app and issue an update. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever!! *2024-12-12, version 2.0* Recharged the number to get RB, tried to take a pkg but it gave a error showed my balance was at 0. Called customer support and they said technical team will call. Its been 4 F’ing months calling them everyday. At this point i doubt they even have a technical team. Only problems are that the app doesn’t work sometimes and minutes purchased only works for local calls and we need credit to make phone calls or text overseas. (About the local minutes thing I think it wouldn’t be an issue if it’s stated in the app itself.
