Fixed the following bugs:
- Fixed photo picker so the latest images load immediately; no more missing or delayed thumbnails when selecting package
    photos.
 - Recipe cards now update their star ratings instantly after editing a review; stale ratings in the list are gone.
 -  Recipe detail screen uses the same live-updating rating view, so the displayed stars always reflect the newest taste
    note.
