Cheers! ### 1/5 — Not working *2017-10-26* As soon as I launched the game everything glitched I’m not sure if this is a problem on the new iPhone 8 but just doesn’t work so I lost some money for nothing really. **Developer response:** Hi Marc - it sounds like the camera permission isn't enabled (note: AR needs access to the camera). To enable the camera permission go to 'Settings' on your iPhone and scroll down to 'Mammoth' and enable the camera. If that doesn't fix it contact me on support@ezone.com and I'll get you sorted out or give you a full refund. Poor lighting or a surface with no defining features makes it difficult for the AR to anchor itself in the world. 3. Restart Device Press and hold the power button and then 'slide to power off'. Sometimes when running an AR app for the first time the device temporary memory needs to be cleared. Please let me know if these fixes work for you. I’ve played with friends in a empty parking lot and made it a huge course, couldn’t see over the walls and the mammoths tower above you. I’ve played inside with nephews and had lots of fun. Hmm, for those who are having issues, could be background refresh or security settings.
