### 4/5 — Love it, but most recent update gives 1217 code

*2026-08-14, version 2.3.19*

Somehow, it’s now saying that my front bumper is being activated when it is clearly not being activated

### 2/5 — Need’s some SW Updates

*2026-08-14, version 2.3.19*

Have done very latest update today and zero turn option now fixed. However this version and the last one are causing the robot to fail to return home. I have tried remapping and creating new channel. I have even tried creating no stop zones and every time it just stops in a clear area.
If I cancel recharge and manually move the robot 10cm and then hit return it works without issue. The return to charge issue was happening from the previous update. Nothing has changed to the recharge location station and all the signal bits are fine.
Looks like fixed an issue created a new one.
PLEASE CAN YOU SORT.

Would have been nice to have been informed that latest update has removed turn option and now zero turn is only option which absolutely kills the lawn..
Just hope next version fixes and also we get no stop on paths.
Please have an option to switch on side lights in operation… absolutely no clue why when switched they stay on even when docked…

Looking at the latest map updates ours does not show. Assume model specific. During mow you can just about see the cutting routes whereas previous it was very clear

Luba Mini AWD 1500. Constantly experiencing stops on route to lawn. I thought the ‘no stop’ function would fix this and yes to a point it has. I’ve now hit limit on no stop zones which is really annoying when the robot stops in one of the sections missed that is normally not a problem. To me the best solution would be to either draw the no stop route or even simpler to be able to make the path between lawns automatically a no stop area. Seems crazy the way it works. Actually like the new option to now cut around no go zones. Missed the change and like other reviewer really couldn’t understand why the area was not being cut. One option to cut selected problem solved. Every update seems to sort some problems and cause others..

### 2/5 — Bad software engineers

*2026-08-12, version 2.3.17*

Their updates tend to be worse than the last. They don’t listen too or take suggestions on how to improve software and operation. The last couple of updates have made the mower almost unusable.

### 2/5 — Great mower, terrible app.

*2026-08-10, version 2.3.17*

I absolutely love the mower. The app is extremely disappointing. Constantly have to close and reopen due to it being unresponsive. Only get one shot to auto map. I could go on and on. I’m still holding out hope the app will have a major revamp at some point.

### 4/5 — Salute to Luba 3

*2026-08-09, version 2.3.17*

4.5 out of 5 stars

Ret Vet battling chronic knee pain, I have to give a huge salute to the LUBA 3 for giving me my summer back and helping me stay knee-pain free while taking care of the yard.

My biggest request for improvement is the mapping experience. Please update the maps and make it easier to add, edit, and adjust obstacles or boundaries. It would also be great if we could create our own map overlay and import it into the app

### 1/5 — Removal of features

*2026-08-04, version 2.3.17*

The most recent changes to the app removes a multi point turn, instead, opting for a rotation which basically tears up your yard. At this point I’m planning on returning it. I’ve had it for years and now it just destroys your grass, not worth it.

### 1/5 — No multipoint turn

*2026-08-04, version 2.3.17*

Newest update took away the turning feature I used and this mower is now actively destroying my lawn.

### 1/5 — Removed three point turn

*2026-08-04, version 2.3.17*

Destroys the grass now and waste more time than a gas mower or tractor. Use to be good or at least acceptable but I can't let a tank be digging up my yard trying to turn around. Saved 15 min in mowing time to create hours of grass repair and mower maintenance. I have to turn off the schedules and waste more time coming up with my next plan to not destroy what grass I have left.

### 1/5 — Multi-point turn removed

*2026-08-03, version 2.3.17*

The latest version removed one of the key features of the mowers without warning or explanation. The multipoint turn feature was useful in keeping my robot from tearing up the grass on turns, but I no longer have the option available and can’t roll back.

### 1/5 — Failed update on mowers and phone app

*2026-08-03, version 2.3.17*

The latest update removed turnaround option around option from the menu causing Luba Mini and Luba 3 to tear up my lawn. Complete fail by Mammotion. Very disappointing

### 1/5 — Nerfed all mowers

*2026-08-03, version 2.3.17*

Latest version removed multi point turns without warning. Listed it as a feature: “Improved safety during turns”. Zero degree turns wreck lawns and render this expensive machine useless. Speculation is it cut a toddler’s knee while in reverse. So they quickly removed all reverse movements. I presume for legal reasons.

### 2/5 — Close to great, but just not

*2026-08-02, version 2.3.15*

I desperately, desperately want to love my Mammotion lawnmower, a Luba 2, as well as the software, but more often than not I can’t get it to connect with enough satellites, can’t get it to charge correctly, can’t get it to map the sections of lawn or can’t get it to just mow the lawn without some major mishap. It’s close to great, but when I end up mowing the lawn more than the expensive robot I bought to do the task for me. I’ve had it now for almost two years and I’ve hoped that the firmware updates would improve things, that the software would improve, etc, but I’m still mowing more than my robot and it kills me.

### 2/5 — Regret

*2026-08-01, version 2.3.15*

Buggy system, lots of race conditions in the ui and operation. Hardware seems ok, but software on the unit and the app need more effort to make the system useful and not infuriating.

### 2/5 — De bonnes perspectives d’amélioration, je pense

*2026-08-01*

### 4/5 — Just needs a few tweaks

*2026-07-29, version 2.3.15*

Amazing product. But here are the needs. 1 clear space for feedback on app. 2. Several functional/ refinements: (a) when Luba gets turned back or rain delayed, it’s not easy to see where the stoppage occurred nor how to easily resume that at will. (B) Robot should never be allowed to exhaust battery when stuck because it is too big for many to carry and should keep 5% battery to drive back to charger once it is helped out. (C) since obstructions and interruptions will occur, each task should have with its “run now” option the ability to start at a percentage of a task (currently tucked uselessly and uselessly under “editing a task”). I shouldn’t have to put this in a review … it should have a super easy spot in the app. Thx

### 4/5 — Needs some further work

*2026-07-28, version 2.3.15*

Mainly ok but a couple of areas for improvement.
1. Task time should better predict both the mowing time and charging time required to complete the job.
2. When the mower is charging you should be able to see progress of the task and time remaining.

### 1/5 — Buyer Beware

*2026-07-25, version 2.3.15*

The warranty from mammotion is worthless. The wait times are so long that you’ll miss an entire season of mowing or more and waste your time negotiating with them.

Once you get your mower back, all data and maps are gone.

The flimsy blades are another huge drawback, there are now designs on the market with real heavy duty blades that can be sharpened.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — New Update

*2026-08-16, version 2.3.19*

The nee update locked the yuba

### 1/5 — Do not buy

*2026-08-14, version 2.3.19*

The mower barely worked before. Now with multi point turn gone don’t even bother.

### 1/5 — Mower usually is okay, support is terrible

*2026-08-12, version 2.3.17*

Absolutely awful support and app

### 1/5 — Three point turn is gone

*2026-08-10, version 2.3.17*

Now this app only allows for a tank turn that tears up the grass everywhere the mower reverses directions. Mammotions programmers are not users of their own equipment. It took all summer to correct bad updates from April. Now this. Where are the new pages? Power management, task management, etc. This app was pushed out to get rid of our needed multi point turns.

### 1/5 — Don’t update your firmware!

*2026-08-10, version 2.3.17*

Buyer Beware! Update bricked my mower, and only response is “Sorry it’s outside of warranty”
Firmware update killed charging and docking on my Luba. Mammotion called it out of warranty, did one free repair that failed again within days, then made me ship it back a second time. After weeks of waiting they offered 20% off a new Yuka. I bought one (from Home Depot because it wasn’t available on their site). Now they say the discount only counts if ordered from their website and want $909 to finish repairing the old one.
Two RMAs, broken promises, and a bill for a problem their own update caused. Do better.

### 1/5 — No more multi-point turns

*2026-08-07, version 2.3.17*

Mammotion forced an update removing multi-point turns entirely. So the robot spins in place and chews up lawns. The robot is so destructive that it’s useless.

### 1/5 — Fix App

*2026-08-06, version 2.3.17*

Notifications no longer working with newest update! Please fix!

### 1/5 — Awful Update

*2026-08-06, version 2.3.17*

The latest update has made the mower dysfunctional. It can’t turn around at the end of lawn strips anymore without tearing holes in my yard and then getting stuck and pausing the job. Mammotion’s update has removed a multi point turn function that was advertised as an inducement to get me to buy a nearly $3000 mower. It’s now virtually useless because it can’t mow my lawn remotely anymore and I must go outside and get it unstuck every 15 minutes. Not acceptable

### 1/5 — DO NOT UPDATE, Latest updates broke a lot… again

*2026-08-06, version 2.3.17*

Latest even broke more and removed features!

Worse than the old version. Have trouble with remote video, map alignment, mowing updates… never buying Mammotion again. Unfinished broken garbage with zero support besides “send logs”

### 1/5 — Now donuts at end of every row

*2026-08-05, version 2.3.17*

Do not download this newest version! I lost multi point turning with this version! Now I have rings on either side of my lawn where ever it cam to the end of a row! Very frustrating! Was working great.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — East tn hills

*2026-08-02, version 2.3.15*

It gets the job done well on steep oddly shaped yards. I have a lot of tree cover and it has had no problems.

### 5/5 — Awesome technology!!

*2026-08-01, version 2.3.15*

Very quiet and sleek. It works day and night if you opt for that. Charging takes a very little time. You can set the schedule and walk away and forget about it even while you’re not home. If it rains or the weather becomes really inclement it will go back to the charging station and then come back out and remember exactly what needs to be done. We have an acre and a quarter and it mows it easily.
I couldn’t recommend a better product!

### 5/5 — Unser Mähroboter macht wirklich einen guten Job

*2026-07-25*

### 5/5 — This is the brand to back!

*2026-07-14, version 2.3.15*

Mammotion really stepped up and became one of my favorite brands for robot mowers. Honestly what gets me the most isn’t even the machine itself, it’s how they never stop tweaking and improving everything. The app just keeps getting better with fresh features and fixes that actually make a difference out in the yard. You can tell they’re paying attention to what people say and actually testing this stuff in real conditions instead of shipping it and ghosting. It’s nice to see a company that doesn’t forget about you once the sale is done. Feels like I bought something premium from folks who actually care about the long game. If they keep this up, they’re gonna be the ones everyone else tries to copy. Seriously, good stuff guys!

### 5/5 — Remote operator

*2026-06-27, version 2.3.13*

Dear Mammotion Team,
I wanted to share my experience with the Luba 2 3000X. I live in Perrysburg, Ohio, and my second house is in Dunnellon, Florida. For over a year now, I’ve been mowing my lawn remotely from over a thousand miles away with only minimal intervention from my neighbor. I can watch the mower in real-time through its camera and get wonderful views of my yard, which I miss terribly. It’s been an amazing experience and a real testament to how well your technology works.
Thank you for creating such a reliable product!
Best regards,
Bob

### 5/5 — Satisfait

*2026-06-23*

Utiliser avec un Yuka mini 2, je ne trouve pas de reproche à dire. Beaucoup d’options de disponible et c’est souvent le cas des marques asiatiques (perso j’aime bien pouvoir tout modifier). Bref ras pour le moment :-)

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-06-06, version 2.3.11*

The latest updated version is a great improvement, easy to use great look.

### 5/5 — I can’t get my 5000 sq metres

*2026-06-04, version 2.3.9*

My Luba 2 5000 AWD is amazing and I’m very happy with it - But….

I have approx 4200 m2 mapped and want to add a few hundred m2 more. HOWEVER - when I try and add more - it’s in-mapping area calculation declares that the area has exceeded 5000m2 when it hasn’t. A way of switching off the ‘during mapping area calculation’ would solve this

### 5/5 — Worth every penny

*2026-06-03, version 2.3.9*

I’m so happy I bought this.

### 5/5 — Great devices and good app support

*2026-06-03, version 2.3.9*

My yuka mini is fantastic. Was easy to set up with the app. App continues to get better with updates.
