MAMORIO is the official app for the lost-item prevention tag that lets you trace "when and where" your belongings were last seen.

Not GPS — a Bluetooth crowd-sensor network.
That's why MAMORIO is thin, light, and long-lasting on battery. Comfortable to keep on your keys or in your wallet, all year round.

What this app does
- Set up and manage your MAMORIO tags in minutes
- Notify you the moment your tag is out of range (left-behind alert)

■ Left-behind alerts, the moment it matters
The moment your iPhone stops detecting your MAMORIO, you'll get a notification.
A small heads-up before you leave the table, the train, or the meeting room prevents most forgotten items.

■ Trace "when and where" — on a map
View the last place and time your MAMORIO was detected.
MAMORIO does not stream a live location. It records each detected moment as history, so you can retrace where it might be.

■ Find with Everyone — crowd tracking (Patent No. 5894309)
A unique feature that uses the network of MAMORIO users to quietly search for your missing item.
When your MAMORIO is not nearby, a "Find with Everyone" button appears.
Turn it on, and whenever another MAMORIO user passes near your tag, the place and time are sent to your app.
* No information about your MAMORIO is shared with other users.

■ MAMORIO Spot — partnered lost-and-found counters (Japan only)
In Japan, major train stations and commercial facilities are equipped with MAMORIO Spot devices.
When a missing MAMORIO arrives at a Spot, the location is delivered to your app.
The current list of partnered centers is available in-app. (Requires "Find with Everyone" to be on. This feature is currently available in Japan only.)

■ When your iPhone itself is found (Japan only)
If the iPhone running this app is turned in to a partnered lost-and-found center in Japan, you'll receive an email at your registered address.
You can use this feature even without owning a MAMORIO tag.
* Configuration via the app or web is required. The list of partnered centers is available in-app. Currently limited to Japan.

Before you start
■ There is no GPS chip inside MAMORIO
MAMORIO records a history of "when and where" your item was detected.
It cannot stream the live position of an item that has left your side.
In return, MAMORIO is remarkably thin, light, and long on battery life. It is not suitable for real-time tracking of children, pets, or elderly family members.

■ About location data
Location is obtained via your iPhone's GPS and network signals. Accuracy may vary by signal conditions and environment.
For background detection, we recommend setting Location to "Always Allow".

■ Effective range (Bluetooth)
Communication range varies by product model and can be shortened by walls, crowds, or interference.

### 4/5 — バックグラウンドで起動し続ける必要あり

エアタグなどを利用した「探す」機能は速報性がなく、置き忘れに気付けないためこちらを利用しました。

「探す」では1kmほど離れても通知が来なかった（使い物にならない）のが数十mほどで通知が来るため助かっています。
ただし、通知を受け取るためには常にアプリをバックグラウンドで動かしている必要があり、これが地味に面倒かつ電池消費の心配があります。

また、「みんなで探す」のような機能はユーザー数が物を言うものになるためこちらはエアタグなどの方が優れていると思います。

何年か前にカメラで探すで探し辛いので音でも探せるようにしてとサポートに連絡しましたが
そのままです。
今まで2回MAMORIOを紛失
しましたが(外と家内)見つかりませんでした。
折角　日本人が開発した分野なのに外国勢にシェア奪われ気味です。

これはMAMORIOをトレースしているのではなくスマートフォンのトレースをしているだけでバッテリー消費とトレードオフしても働き悪いかな。

基本問題無く、貴重品を管理できて助かる。

しかし、MAMORIOを所持していてもなぜか発信が途絶え、見つからない通知が来て頻繁に不安を煽られる。

紛失したらすぐ通知してほいため、アプリの確認頻度は下げたく無い。

でも頻繁に自分で確認していてはMAMORIOを持っている意味なく無いか？と思う時がある。

電波の反応とマップの位置を同時に確認できるように修正して欲しいです。
現状ではマップを開き中に、電波のウィンドウをスクロールすれば、反応する様子を中途半端に見れなくはないです。ウィンドウの位置は固定ではなく、半固定の位置を自在に伸ばす事ができると、マップを見ながら電波の反応も確認できるようになると思います。
ちなみに、ペットに利用していますので、移動とともに位置が変わります。

その他の感想として、位置が大雑把で全く精度がありません。付属のボタン電池が6ヶ月の予定より前に突然切れて困ったことが、これまで4度の交換の内、2度ありました。このアプリの利用者が少なく、追跡したくても他の人の反応に頼る事ができそうもありません。

それでも利用する理由は、ペットの姿が見えない時にBlutooth電波の範囲内に居るかどうかの確認ができること、タグ自体の軽さ、いざ迷子になった時に電波を使って探す事ができ、今のところ他に替えがないからです。

電池を交換できるタイプを3年ほど利用してきたが、一度もすれ違いは無し。田舎じゃ使えない。また、離れても通知は来ないし、音も鳴らせない。お焚き上げも要らない。他社のカード型で充電式の音も鳴らせるやつに乗り換えました。
