Man Cards is all about improving. 

There are 5 key areas in which Man Cards hopes to help you improve in. 

• Take a mindset card, which will help you learn what is important in life, and to remove stress and anxiety from a hectic world. 

• Take a business card, to help you realise your dreams and your ambitions, and hopefully help them become a reality with a job you're passionate about. 

• Take a health card, which aims to encourage you to eat healthy, workout, live an active lifestyle and not a sedentary one which is currently destroying society. 

• Take a family card. Breathe life back into a stale relationship which gets forgotten about in an ever busy world. Reconnect with loved ones over new activities. 

• Get out of your comfort zone. Do something that isn't you, to push you into trying and achieving new things. New hobbies, new lifestyles, new you. 

We want to make the app as social as possible, for accountability for yourself to make sure you stick to the tasks, and also to spread positive messages on social media about your progress and how far you've come. Invite your friends, share your progress, and get everyone in your circle improving their life.
