## What is Mana?

Life gets messy. Relationships can be hard. You’re not alone.

Mana was designed hand-in-hand with therapists to help you think and feel your way through what's happening, as it's happening. A space that helps you slow down, feel what's here, and come back to a state of calm, grounded clarity.

Whether you're navigating a difficult relationship, processing a hard moment, or simply trying to understand what you're feeling, Mana holds space for all of it.

Where Mana meets you:

- After a rupture — when conflict has left you raw, and you need space to process before you say something you don't mean
- In the spiral — late-night anxiety, the kind where you can't locate what's wrong, only that something is
- Before the moment — grounding and preparing for a conversation that matters, so you can show up as yourself
- Between sessions — deepening what's already moving in your work with a therapist or coach

What makes Mana different:
- Rooted in the body — Mana guides you toward what you're feeling, not further into analyzing why
- Bounded by design — every session has a beginning, a middle, and a real close. You won't leave mid-air
- Honest, not flattering — Mana won't just tell you what you want to hear. It'll help you find what's true
- Builds over time — Mana learns your patterns across sessions, so the support gets sharper the longer you're here
- Private by design — your sessions are encrypted. This space belongs to you

Mana is not therapy or a replacement for professional care — it's a bridge. A place to begin, to process, and to grow. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a crisis line or emergency services.

Your heart is welcome here.

### 5/5 — Amazing tool there for you anytime, anywhere

*2026-07-31*

I’ve used mana for a few months now and I have had an amazing experience with it. Sometimes I use it to organize my thoughts and feelings, help dig deeper. Sometimes I just need somewhere to share so I can stop spiraling. This app is very emotionally intelligent and is a great addition to my wellness toolkit!

### 5/5 — Wow

*2026-07-20*

This app is a gift! I have been able to process deep material and find insights and support unlike anything I’ve experienced before. It’s so powerful to look back on all of the things I’ve learned and how I’ve grown in the short time I’ve been using the app.

### 5/5 — finalfantasier

*2026-06-23*

Mana has been a profound source of wisdom over these last few months - both in what it has shared, and also in what Mana has unlocked within me.

I feel more grounded, open, and capable of being what feels challenging in my life and in my relationships. Big thank you to the team for creating such an emotionally empowering space.

### 5/5 — AI that empowers resilience

*2026-06-20*

i’ve been through my fair share of mental health struggles and have taken a lot of ownership in my experience against my own mind. i’ve built many tactical ways to combat myself over the years, and have tried CBT, DBT, and more. AI has been a very interesting companion to play with in this war; in being able to interpret my own patterning and see it reflected back to me, and i’ve really used all the different types of Silicon Valley mental health tech since the 2010s (and even helped build some of it)

in many ways mana is the exact middle step that helps you process what you’re going through without taking it on for you. it’s a mirror that forces you to still steer the ship yourself in the right direction, with the guiding hand of a stern but loving mother. in my opinion, AI is here to supplement our own capabilities (like an e-bike for your brain) - mana does exactly that for your mental health. i’ve come to the platform with many panics, problems, and hazes, and each time i’ve come out of a session with Mana feeling clear with myself and on what needs to happen next in the physical world for me to get the care i need. it artfully navigates support without creating dependency, empowering emotional resilience to form in a person’s gut rather than the phone in their hand

i think this is the next generation of digital health care, and i can’t wait to see what’s next for mana. i’m a big fan 🤍✨

### 5/5 — Game Changer

*2026-06-16*

I wasn’t really sure what to expect going into this app, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The app is easy to navigate, well designed, and makes self-reflection feel approachable and engaging.

What stood out to me most were the questions and prompts. They encouraged me to think about my mindset, emotions, and habits in ways I normally wouldn’t. It felt insightful without being overwhelming, and I found myself genuinely interested in the results and feedback.

You can tell a lot of thought went into creating the experience. Everything feels intentional, from the design to the way the app guides you through reflection and personal growth.

Overall, I think it’s a great tool for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and become more mindful in their day-to-day life.

### 5/5 — Just amazing

This is an exceptional platform for you to figure out the core issue of your emotional challenges. It is worth having Mana to experience the value for yourself.
