The downside of it tho, if you do need some medication that you don’t have at home you’re unable to receive them (maybe there’s an online delivery?) like antibiotics. So this is for those who able to rest at home, no need to wait for a long queue and able to take medication in the comfort of their own home. Oh and love e-cert MC. They deliberately told you for a long time to make you spend more and last the would not give you the mc . They asked me to go to the store to have a look. I already told her that I already have panadol I just wanna have a mc she still want me to go to the clinic .She wrote for me a letter to make the face to face consult free. Finally, the letter cost 20 sgd, and my face-to-face consultation also paid around 10-15 sgd . Perfect ### 1/5 — Clinic address far from my residence address *2025-05-21, version 2.42.8* I have been using this app for years, this was the first time encountered such ridiculous case. The app already know my address, but they assigned me to a doctor clinic which is at CBD area. How do you expect my boss react after seeing that my MC was from CBD Clinic? Do you think my boss is going to believe? Did my boss think I’ll go for shopping after I had ‘met’ my doctor? What a waste of money! The purpose of telecom is not having stress myself to go out to see a doctor. What the fark this app think they’re doing? ### 1/5 — Lack of Concern for COVID-Like Symptoms and Inadequate Care *2024-11-18, version 2.38.9* I consulted Dr Gui today with clear COVID-like symptoms, including fever, lightheadedness and cough. I explained that my family members were also unwell, highlighting how viral this illness likely was. Despite the situation, the doctor initially gave me only a one-day medical certificate (MC), which is inadequate for proper rest and recovery for such symptoms. When I expressed my concerns, I was reluctantly given only a two-day MC after much back-and-forth discussion. This experience left me feeling dismissed and undervalued as a patient. COVID-like symptoms should be taken seriously, especially when they pose a risk of spreading to others. Healthcare professionals have a responsibility to prioritize the health and safety of both the patient and the community. Unfortunately, I did not feel that this standard was met during my consultation. I hope the clinic can reflect on this feedback and ensure better care and consideration for future patients. Not my first time having to argue for more days to rest. Living in a fast paced country, it doesn’t hurt to actually let your citizens rest more. ### 1/5 — Prescribed me the medicine I am allergic to!!! *2024-06-11, version 2.32.0* I recently had a very concerning experience with Dr. Eugene Lim Ren Jie. During my registration and note fill out, I made it very clear that I have a severe allergy to a certain medication. Despite this, the doctor prescribed me a medication that contains this exact allergen. This level of negligence is absolutely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of reasonable care. As a patient, I trust my healthcare providers to pay attention to critical information regarding my health, especially when it comes to allergies that could potentially cause serious harm. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking safe and attentive medical care. My experience has shaken my confidence in using for my healthcare needs. ### 1/5 — Ong Ding Hao Ryan *2023-02-21, version 2.22.5* The “doctor” named above, just like many of the doctors in teleconsult app just wants to finish the consultation fast so they can get as much fees as possible from several patients in a short time. Also, rude. You think you police officer? Right after i ans the call, you say “IC number”. No greeting no nothing. Also you hide your face during consultations why? Because you working from the bed at home is it? I have done teleconsult with other docs and all showed their face. This one i talk to black screen. And has no interest nor concern to know what my problem is. I clicked on mute notifications but it didnt mute, and after i clear the manadr notifs from my phone, 100+ new ones pop up right after and its the same repeating notifications. i tried to leave group but it makes no difference. and this just had to happen at 4 am when everyone is trying to sleep. im sure im not the only one who experienced this as many other ppl were complaining as well in the group! Get the group chat fixed and please dont let me receive notifications from groups i never joined….once everyone has access to type and send messages in the group, some ppl will never stop and with the inability to stop the notifications because the app doesnt allot me to, it causes many problems for many ppl. ### 1/5 — Dr wong Choo wai *2022-10-31, version 2.20.4* Had a bad tele consult experience with Dr wong choo wai , told him I was having sore throat and fever but he provided only 1 day mc even after I requested for 2days so I could rest. But he replied me with “no sorry over here at our side we only provide 1 day mc so if you still feeling unwell then send in another consult tomorrow” like what? So then you can earn money from your patients AGAIN? Plus what’s funny is, they charge you every few dollars for each message they send you. So this doctor basically have all the template msges and send me thing like take care etc in 1 msg and another msg “if still feeling unwell please consult us agn” which was all mention in the video call. And he send 5 msges in total if I did not rmb wrongly lol.. the messages being charged wasn’t like I chatted with the doctor to asked question or help. So today I’m still feeling unwell and consulted another doctor from here to see, the other doctor asked “so do you need mc for today and TOMORROW as well”. I’m shocked how can doctor wong choo Wai said over there at their side they only provide 1 day when the other doctor from here are able to provide 2days mc without even requesting for it. Dr wong just wants to earn money out of their patients from my experience. ### 1/5 — Worthless customer service *2022-08-02, version 2.19.0* Delivery person threw the medication on the floor, I reflected this to the customer service, and this scripted crap is what I got: We apologize for the unpleasant experience .In areas that we haven't done as well as expected, we assure you we will improve our service. Your feedback is important to us and we will do our best to keep up the standards so you enjoy our telemed service. Seems like they are hiring people who don’t care. I would advice others who intend to use them to think twice, especially when you will find the medication that you are going to consume.
