I’ve been using the managecasa mobile app for manage my properties, and it has been a game-changer, The app is clean, user-friendly and makes it easy to handle tasks on the go.

This app is absolutely horrible for tenants. If you are an iPhone user, most of the features don’t work. And there is no support or customer service available to seek help. There are no tutorials available for tenants either and the AI solutions don’t work either. That’s just on the phone version. On the computer site, you are not allowed to sign on to the tenant portal at all. There are no phone numbers or emails to reach out for any help. If you are a property management company, I’d think twice about using this app. If your tenants need to export their statements, they won’t be able to. As tenants we some need to download our records for various reasons. They won’t be able to. It’s just sad.

I manage 100+ units and had grown a bit frustrated with my property management program at the time. I started to run into issues with a few of my tenants and reached out for some help and it took them 8 DAYS to get back to me!!! I realized I needed to check out some different companies.

The Managecasa team was friendly and their program seemed very easy to use. They assured me that they provided quick assistance when I had issues and would assist me with onboarding my current portfolio which seemed like a nightmare.

They made onboarding so easy for me and so far have been more than helpful with any questions I have and have stayed true to their promise.

From a program standpoint the program is extremely easy to use. I love the in program messaging system, I have customized my tools to match my workflow and they even helped me make a website!

I have been using ManageCasa software to streamline the management of my portfolio of rental properties for the last 2 years, and I have been in anticipation ever since they announced the launch of a native app.

So far the app has not been a disappointment, it has all the features you would want to access at a quick glance, and the push notifications are a great way to keep tasks top of mind.

I can’t wait to see it improve with additional features that I’m sure will be released down the line!
