iPhone users unable to take screenshots from personal applications also after installing the app.

It sounds like there might be a restriction imposed from your Mobile Device Management (MDM) Server Console. Sometimes, admins enforce policies that restrict certain functionalities like taking screenshots within personal applications.

We recommend contacting your admin first to verify if any such restrictions have been applied to your device. They should be able to assist you in checking and adjusting these settings if necessary.

Enrolment page don’t have scroll view so not able to enter other details . Please improve this

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback regarding the Enrolment Page. Currently, the Enrolment Page is not intended for self-enrolment, and this feature is not supported at the moment.
Additionally, it's worth noting that the MEMDM App is designed to work seamlessly when distributed via Mobile Device Management (MDM). Rest assured, we are working on enabling this functionality in the near future.

I haven’t tried this app yet but I do what I’m doing..
So my iphone got hacked thru my iCloud account being compromised and I have no idea anything about remotely managed and I saw you say something about my IT Admin who is that and how do I find out how to take it off and stop spying and taking my data and what not!?

For our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution to access certain functionalities, the device needs to be enrolled in MDM.

The latest update just ask you to enroll your username and password and there’s no option to skip it. Terrible app design. The phone is just manually enrolled and not user enrolled. No way to proceed past that splash screen.

Typically, the enrolment page with URL and OTP is only displayed when the app is installed directly from the Apple AppStore. However, if the app is distributed from an MDM Server, it should directly get you in ManageEngine MDM page without displaying the enrolment page.

Need to fix battery drain with location services enabled.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. ManageEngine MDM is an agent app for a mobile device management solution deployed by your organization and only your IT admin has control over the policies configured for your device.

Although enabling Location Services is required for monitoring the device's location, Mobile Device Manager Plus provides settings that can reduce the battery consumption by fetching the device location only when it traverses over 500m.
