I have had one problem after another using this app. Now my payment history is showing the previous tenants history and my payment isn’t going thru. Payment was reversed. Massive charges for using Credit Cards, which isn’t typically the case. Logging in never saves the password. I had my password saved on the website but they seem to have removed the website tenant login. If this is a integrated web app with a web view figure out how to store your cookies and authentication tokens. Most basic thing they could have done. I have attempted to let the property manager know that it does not work properly. I’m not sure what this issue is however I have deleted and downloaded again to no avail. Thankful there is a website that I can go to. ### 1/5 — DO NOT DOWNLOAD- Phone Hacked from App *2021-12-08, version 3.5.0* I was really excited that I could pay my rent via an app however this app will ruin your phone. Within 24 hours of downloading this app my phone apps would disappear and then reappear and then my phone would turn off and on. This happened for a second time last night even after I had deleted the app a week prior. My community was recently bought by this group and this is the app we have to use to pay rent. I haven’t used an app this bad since 2006. I know that these people are based in NJ. If you’re reading this, in this day and age you have no excuse to have an interface this stupid and cumbersome. Please hire somebody competent and make it better. It will take you VERY little money to do it, if that’s what you’re worried about. You can’t find the login area when you go to the website. They are so marketing focused that the User interface is lacking. I had to download the app and tried to login and it wouldn’t work. I never leave reviews but I am going out of my way for this one. -The app freezes/buffers in the middle of typing just to log in -It signs you out instantly if you even open another app -It crashes/freezes if you try to come back to the app without closing it completely -I think the UI is fine. That’s why they get 1 star. It’s usable, and that’s it I use an up to date iPhone 14 Pro Max so it’s not a problem with my hardware. This review is as of December 2023. Paying rent is fairly simple however, logging in can be a bit of a delay and annoyance. There’s an option to substitute your password for Touch-ID, but that feature hasn’t been added into newer phone products in years. Face ID needs to be an added feature asap. ### 3/5 — Keyboard prevents ticket creation *2019-07-23, version 2.1.5* The onscreen keyboard covers the button to create a ticket, and I can find no easy way to make it go away. This is extremely sub-optimal. Edit: finally managed to make it go away.
