I am a member of ManageLife.  My house inventory was done a few days ago. My water dispenser quit functioning.  All I had to do was select kitchen refrigerator shown as a photo and briefly state what broke.  A service request was automatically submitted and a response was received in just a few minutes.  A Tech responded and confirmed appointment time.  After arrival he diagnosed the problem and ordered the part because he had the model number and  serial number.  It was special order that was not available locally.  It was installed the next day and automatically billed. Wow what a quick and convenient way to maintain your home.
