Imagine a health app so badly designed and deployed that just trying to use it will make your health worse. Then imagine something even worse than that. It’s to save money but it’s playing with our data and giving us a terrible experience. The recent breaches show this and the design speaks for itself. The government should step in and rip these guys from all GPs. When I enter the one time code it comes up with a pop up saying ‘information’ with nothing else. It never works at first try. The code kept failing, finally got in, told me I needed to update. Very user unfriendly and I’m sick of using it. It’s much easier to call my GP. If we want to move to APP self-manage, can we pls take an APP actually does the work? ### 3/5 — Disappointing app *2026-04-29, version 17.2* You need to fix this over security: app doesn’t remember password, then it sends you email verification code, then it tells you to go and update it, then it immediately asks for your password again, and then, yep, it sends you another verification code! After login asking to update and giving no option to cancel. It makes access to the app impossible if you can’t get to your e-mail and unnecessarily complicates the process. The appointment booking system doesn’t work either, it seems that my practice doesn’t want to use it.
