Can’t get through the tutorial parts to play the game, the game got stuck on the selling to 3-4 customers and can’t get through

I maxed out every thing, In the ads I don’t have the same items i see the ads. I don’t have the meats coffee, cleaning supplies, shelves fore the meats (like in the ads), etc. I love this game, I’m looking for more updates.
