## What is Manakodex?

Manakodex reads a Pokémon card with your phone camera and shows what it actually sells for on Cardmarket, split by language and condition.

Cardmarket lists one "trend" price per card. Sellers and collectors in Europe know that is not the number that matters: a French Near Mint copy and an English Played copy of the same card are two different markets. Manakodex shows each one.

What it does:

• Scan a card. Point the camera at a card and it is identified on the device in about a second, including Japanese, Korean and Chinese prints.
• See real Cardmarket prices. Floor price and recent sales per language and per condition, with the date of the last refresh, so you know how fresh the number is.
• Sealed products too. Booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, tins and blisters, with the same per-language breakdown.
• Build your collection. Save scanned cards and sealed products, group them, and follow their value over time.
• Buyout mode. Scan a stack of cards someone wants to sell you and get a total at the percentage you choose.
• Sign in to sync. Your collection is stored on your account and shared with the Manakodex website.

Made by a Cardmarket seller for other sellers and for collectors who want an honest number. No ads.

Manakodex is not affiliated with Cardmarket, The Pokémon Company or Nintendo. Pokémon and card images are the property of their respective owners.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-25

More accurate card scanning: the scanner now picks the exact print more reliably, including between the Western, Japanese, and Chinese versions of the same card.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-21

One language setting: pick your language once in Settings and it sets the app's interface, the default language of your scanned cards, and card names. The interface is now fully available in French.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-17

Card catalog update: the scanner now recognizes the 30th Celebration sets (Western, Japanese and Chinese editions).

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-15

New app icon.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-14

Buyout fixes:
- Live listings no longer disappear after a temporary connection issue.
- Selecting a card condition now shows when its price is being fetched, and says so when no listings match that condition.
