Not to mention that since this update it will randomly force logout my phone forcing me to input my password even if it hasn’t passed the time to require a password prompt. I don’t understand what the team behind the online web app and mobile app were thinking when developing this change, it doesn’t seem like they thought about the users before starting development. ### 5/5 — Horrible customer service *2024-10-15, version 24.1.310* I can’t believe that anyone would give them more than one star. I called today to say that my mobile app was no longer accessible. The female told me to delete the app, reinstall it. I did that even shut down my phone opened it up again, and I’m still experiencing the same. I have tried calling at least 10 times no one picks up.
