The Parade kicks off on March 7 and continues through March 29. You will be able to view and review videos of the beautiful models, developments and several other videos of products and services that can be installed in your new home by visiting the Parade of Homes app.

The 2026 Parade of Homes features 126 models and 12 communities/developments throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties. Our local region is a community that offers that unique Florida lifestyle to fit your personal needs and desires. The 2026 Parade of Homes is the best opportunity to get a firsthand view, touch and feel for your next new home.

The mobile app features homes, advertisers, and business listings in the home building and home buying industry.

• Browse home and business listings for photos, videos, and contact information.

• View the homes and businesses on an interactive map and get directions to your destination

• Get details on SBA members involved in each phase of the home buying process.

• Utilize the quick links offered in the side menu to access information about the local community.
