How it works
• Create a group of apps or sites you want to protect
• Pick a plan for that group: Easy, Medium, Hard, or Custom
• When you open a protected app, you Wait first, then get a short Open window, or stay fully blocked on Hard-style setups
• Build a streak and meet Mana, your small companion along the way

Plans
• Easy: a short Wait, then a short Open window
• Medium: longer Wait, schedules and open limits when you want them
• Hard: strong lock by default, including making it hard to delete apps while Hard is on, plus a deliberate task if you try to turn it off early
• Custom: tune Wait, Open window, schedule, and limits yourself

Built for honesty
Manaya uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls APIs. It makes the impulsive path hard. It is not impossible to bypass. You can always change Screen Time settings in iOS if you truly need to.

This app has helped me reduce the one addiction everyone has. Too much screen time. I can’t thank the creator enough. Overall the app is great. It plugs right into your settings and does all the work for you. Very pleased with the app and on a 15 day streak currently!
