I can’t believe that a business like MAG has chosen to pursue the advert revenue model to inform customers of its services. This app does not compare to other international airport models. Timely information is delayed due to having to navigate through irrelevant adverts. As others have noted, the previous app was far more user-friendly. As someone who regularly picks up at the airport, I find having to wait for an advert to finish highly frustrating to see if the flight has arrived. Come on MAG, you’re better then this! More adverts on this app than help. Unbelievable that a company would charge monthly or through adverts to tell you about the services they charge you money to use. Very disappointed.
