Please consider doing away with the app, or fix a problem that not 1 but numerous students are facing. I’m supposed to be writing my exam now however I can’t do the app authentication. I continuously get unable to detect face error. I don’t know what to do now cause if I don’t get the face recognition I won’t be able to write my exam. That’s so stressful and the app doesn’t do justice. What is this? Every time I try to login I’m told the password is wrong and I change it every time. You can’t be serious. Please hire a new app developer, please.
