多分、大人のADHDとか多動に分類される成人です。大谷選手のマンダラ活用を真似してみましたが、あれこれ考えている間に、考えが脱線してしまい、自力で埋められませんでした。
そこで、このアプリを見つけ興味本位でチャレンジ。ビックリするくらい、自分の頭の中を整理してくれる。当然、完璧ではなくズレはあります。そこを修正しつつ、再度自分の頭を整理できます。
無料での利用には、回数や出力方法に制限がありますが、それを差し引いてもめちゃくちゃ使える。
