## What is Mandaro?

Mandaro helps beginner Chinese learners practice reading without relying on pinyin.

Read graded stories written with controlled vocabulary, tap words only when you need help, answer quick comprehension questions, and review the exact words you looked up. Mandaro is designed for learners who want to recognize Chinese characters in context instead of relying on pinyin or memorizing isolated word lists.

How it works:

• Read Chinese text without pinyin on the main page
• Tap unfamiliar words to see their meaning
• Finish the story with quick comprehension questions

Content packs:
