Audio on Mandolin sounded like an AM radio… I have gigabit internet… Couldn’t listen to it and deleted app. ### 1/5 — Waste of my Valuable Time!!! 😤 *2022-09-24, version 1.22.4* This is the most difficult APP I’ve ever used. Paid for viewing and not able to find/access after stressful search. This product is garbage! ### 1/5 — Can you make this site any more confusing *2022-09-18, version 1.22.4* I normally do not write reviews, but I had to with this one.I found my entire mandolin experience to be the most confusing ever.It was by luck that I ever got to see the show that I watched. once I got into the show it was fantastic but everything getting there was a total pain in the butt. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work well with Apple products *2022-08-25, version 1.22.4* It’s probably impossible to cast from the app or from a computer to an Apple TV. You have to use chrome, and all the help documents refer to chromecast. Temper your expectations and don’t assume you’ll be able to use airplay to stream to your tv. I tried and missed half the concert, and it wasn’t worth the headache. I have streamed several concerts, and none were as frustrating and buggy as mandolin. ### 1/5 — The world doesn’t need another bespoke streaming app, especially not a bad one *2022-08-14, version 1.22.4* What a terrible, confusing app. The app has one important job: to let you stream a concert after you’ve bought a ticket. The button to press to start a stream shouldn’t be hard to find. It’s very easy to end up streaming the wrong thing, which results in the informative message “Trouble loading.” I’m sure there’s a reason this app exists, but it’s definitely not “because we wanted to give the world an easy, trouble free streaming experience.” ### 1/5 — Cannot stream to LG Oled tv with Yamaha receiver *2022-04-24, version 1.21.1* The technical know-how to make this work is well beyond the reach of the average user. The icon to stream is barely on screen for one second then disappears. I was able to listen on the Yamaha and watch on my phone and that took 30 minutes of trial and error. Not what I expected for $30. Wouldn’t even work by screen mirroring. If you like watand listening to concerts on your phone for $30 it’s not bad but I expected a livingroom experience. I hope the artists got the money for this. The developers and operations staff definitely didn’t earn any of it. ### 4/5 — Worked well needs to mature *2022-04-03, version 1.20.0* The concert can be cast to your TV. It will play in portrait or landscape on your phone/pad. There are some lame icons to clap, love, etc. The performers don’t seem to be watching. Overall, this is a good app. Would like to see it offered on Apple TV. I liked watching a concert in my living room.
