Best fitness app available!  My favorite feature is the image comparing, which gives you the ability to compare before/after pictures side by side so the results are visible!!

This app has everything! I can log my food and my workouts all in one place. Mandy makes sure I have the individualized attention I need to keep me on track for my goal. The addition of the trends help me to see how I’m progressing through the week toward my goals. I am the worst at taking progress pictures, but this app makes it easy and I don’t have to look at them until I want to, they aren’t just hanging out in my photos. I literally have a personal trainer in my pocket.

When I downloaded this app, it seemed simple at first, but when I decided to invest in my health and purchase the workout and nutrition plan bundle, the app became the best fitness app I have ever had! It tracks your daily workouts, cardio, food intake and water intake! It have weekly check in functionality’ and is structured in such a helpful and smooth way! If you are tired of trying and failing in fitness on your own, you need to make the investment and buy this program! You are going to love it! I know I am!
