I have a hard time tracking my progress on my own and this app feels like it was made for me. Helps me see my progression in real time and keeps me up to date on my productivity in real time. 10/10 highly recommend

I used to use notes on my phone to try and track my progress/journal and set reminders but with manframe, they make it super easy to track macros, make sure I’m progressing in the gym, setting key habits and developing the best routine to take my performance to the next level. 10/10 recommend.
