No hidden charges forcing you to pay before accessing the library. The only problem I’ve come across is some chapters are unavailable, missing, partly released. Seraph of the end chp 1 is not viewable however, overall the app is great and contains niche manga (e.g. vampire knight + memories) 

Hope with time the issues are rectified concerning manga availability
