There is no UI for manga browsing or saving or any lists or anything. You need to know the title of what you want to read beforehand. The home screen is just a bunch of picture filters which honestly is really strange but I guess that’s what you have to do on iOS. 

It certainly has its drawbacks, like no downloads. The selection is wide though, if you search a manga and don’t find it it’s more likely that you spelled it wrong than it’s not available. My tip - just leave the app open and you don’t have to search the manga you’re reading every single time.
