I completely understand that ads can be annoying. As an independent developer, I rely on those ads to pay for the high-speed servers so everyone can enjoy fast, high-quality image loading without crashes. I have nothing that tells me when a new chapter/update drops and would love to have some kind of push notification to let me know. The app, otherwise, is great! **Developer response:** Hi! We're genuinely sorry the app has been crashing when you open your library, and we understand how frustrating that is. We'd really like to get this sorted for you. Here are the steps that usually fix it, in order. First, please update to the latest version on the App Store. We've made important stability improvements, including a smarter way to automatically switch servers when one is having trouble, which is often behind crashes while loading the library. If it still happens after updating, open Settings and tap Clear cache. And if that doesn't help, deleting the app and reinstalling it gives everything a clean start. One more thing that helps: your library loads from a specific server, and we're currently upgrading the Galaxy server, so at peak hours it can get overloaded. You can switch to any of our four servers under Settings, then Change server, including our newest one, Nova, which is very fast and stable. We're a small team and we read every review carefully. And most of the comics I search up to read are complete and have been completed for YEARSSSS, but for some odd reason, this app takes so long to add chapters. É provável que seja por isso que ele trava ao abrir. Duas coisas ajudam bastante aqui. Primeiro, atualize o app para a versão mais recente na App Store, pois ela traz melhorias importantes de estabilidade e uma troca de servidor mais inteligente. Segundo, você não precisa depender de um único servidor: o Manga Galaxy oferece quatro servidores de qualidade para ler à vontade (Galaxy, Infinity, Bat e o nosso mais novo, o Nova, feito para altíssima velocidade e excelente qualidade de leitura). I really like the app it has so many selections and it’s easy to navigate. But for some reason like most manga apps I’ve had in the past. After every update there is something wrong, my library is cleared out, or the search function doesn’t register certain manga, or maybe even chapters missing. I pay for premium so I really expect a premium service but so many times before and even now issues arise after updates. I beg of you, please double or even triple check your algorithm when updating the app. Again I love the app but I just want a smooth experience is all no missing manga from my library no search bar issues no missing chapters. Here's the most useful thing we can share, and it's available to you right now as a Premium member: the app includes a Library Backup and Restore feature that protects your whole library, including your saved manga, reading progress, and history. You'll find it under Settings, then Data and Storage, then Restore Library. We really recommend creating a backup there, especially before any update, so your library stays protected and can be restored anytime, on this device or a new one. Please also update to the latest version on the App Store when you can. We've improved stability and added smarter server handling that reduces exactly these kinds of issues. On search and missing chapters: Manga Galaxy reads from four separate servers (Galaxy, Infinity, Bat, and our newest, Nova), and each one has its own catalog. If a title or a chapter doesn't appear on the server you're on, switching servers under Settings, then Change server, will usually find it. Some chapters are also tied to a specific language, so trying another language or server often brings them right back.
