Not only is it free and has GREAT (and popular!!!) mangas, but so far from what I've seen, you don't have to pay to read any of them. You just have to rate the app to unlock chapters. Even then, it'll let you continue reading the "locked" chapters. The only thing about the locked chapters is that you can't immediately resume from that spot. You'll have to rate the app if you want to resume. Otherwise, you'll have to skip through previous, unlocked chapters in order to read them. I recommend this app a lot. Also, if you have an IOS, use "light mode" to read the different genre category titles.
